Oh dear, I had no idea I had left this blog so long! 2011 has been very full!
In the Spring with Still Moon I collaborated with artist bicycle activist Red Sara and son Isaac Rosen-Purcel to create Spirit Fish on the banks of Still Creek. We also worked with some amazing intern artists who created delightful site specific visual art and performances to honour the stream. Here are some links about the event, and photos, and video
Arts Health and Seniors with my beloved Renfrew-Collingwood seniors had it’s year end show at the roundhouse and we exhibited our felt book

July 1- 8th I had a life transforming experience joining the Renfre-Collingwood Aboriginal Canoe Club on the Pulling Together Journey paddling in large canoes to traditional territories on the west coast of Vancouver Island – but this is worth it’s own post!
I’ve just completed the moon fest 2011 and I am in the progress of writing final reports and proposals for new projects.
Next stop Oaxaca … but that is another post!
